Champions: Atletico Mineiro lift the Copa Libertadores after a dramatic penalty shootout victory

 Brazilian outfit Atletico Mineiro have won their maiden Copa Libertadores title after defeating Paraguayan side Olimpia 4-3 on penalties.

 Leonardo Silva was the hero for Mineiro as he headed home the late equaliser that ensured the tie finished at 2-2 after two legs, and the 34-year-old defender then slotted home his side's fourth and final spot kick of the shootout before Olimpia's Matias Gimenez hit the bar, handing the Brazilians victory.Content: Ronaldinho won yet another trophy in Wednesday night's Copa Liberatadores final

In a video currently trending on social media, Chief Emami said his advice was based purely on practical and economic reasons that could have affected the timely and cost-effective completion of the project. He noted that the logistical challenges and high cost of transporting construction materials and equipment to Ugborodo made it less suitable for such project given the amount available.
